What to expect at Spine & Sport Rehabilitation Institute

Your first visit with Dr. Lance or Dr. Reed will last approximately one hour. They will get to know you and work to determine the exact cause of your health issue(s). The doctors will perform a thorough examination, consisting of, but not limited to:


  • Full Functional Examination;

  • Soft Tissue Evaluation;

  • Neurological Testing;

  • Orthopedic Assessment;

  • Biomechanical Analysis.


Once your doctor has processed your results, you will receive a detailed explanation of all findings and their importance, as well as how they will dictate your treatment protocol, as each case and presentation is different and treatment options are individually chosen. You’ll receive an explanation of what you can expect regarding your recovery, and short and long-term goals will be discussed, along with any other questions that you may have.
